Portion of concrete wall and install new vinyle sheetpile wall.
5. 13-18 Kevin & Elizabeth Penfield – 33 Rogers Lake Trail – Alteration of
kitchen in-fill with wall over existing framed wood door.
OLD BUSINESS
6. 13-13 Luis & Alicia Castanho – 52 Gorton Avenue – Tear down existing
single family dwelling and rebuild including septic system within the
regulated area.
7. 13-14 - Greg Faucher – 97 Sill Lane – Construction of a new 3 bedroom
home with attached garage and associated improvements including
driveway/septic system and well.
8. 13-15 Ronald Richardell – 8 Short Hills Road – Relocate driveway
